API BCA Facility  

API BCA is a service from BCA that makes it easy to perform banking transactions, such as checking balances, checking account activities, transfers, and more, from your platform (website/application).

BCA provides API BCA facility services that can be selected and utilized by Facility Recipients after they have fulfilled the requirements established by BCA. These requirements may vary depending on the features selected by the Facility Recipient.

Key Features 

  1. Access to online and real-time banking transaction services. 
  2. Easy integration process with the Facility Recipient’s platform (website/application). . 
  3. Compliant with the National Standard for Open Application Programming Interface (SNAP API) regulated by Bank Indonesia.

Benefits

  1. Facility Recipients can integrate their platforms with BCA’s banking system, making it easier for the Facility Recipients to conduct online banking transactions in real time. 
  2. Easy to integrate, as the API BCA complies with the SNAP Standard issued by Bank Indonesia.

Risks

  1. There is a possibility of disruptions to the BCA communication network or API system, which may prevent banking transactions via API from being carried out.  
  2. Misuse of the Facility Recipient’s API BCA may occur due to the leakage of transaction means (API security key) and transaction data caused by negligence on the part of the Facility Recipient. Therefore, the Facility Recipient must ensure that transaction means (API security key) and transaction data are always stored securely. 
  3. The Facility Recipient will be charged a minimum API BCA fee if the utilization of the API BCA falls below the agreed minimum API utilization.

  1. API fees are charged based on the frequency of transactions (hits).

API BCA Developer Website is an official platform provided by BCA to support collaboration in the use of API BCA facilities. Through the API BCA Developer Website, users can obtain information about API services, conduct technical testing, and manage operational and administrative aspects related to the use of API BCA facilities according to the granted authority.   1. BCA reserves the right to change the benefits, fees, risks, and terms and conditions of this product and/or service, which will be notified by BCA in any form and/or through any means in accordance with applicable regulations. 
  2. BCA will inform any changes to the benefits, fees, risks, and terms and conditions of this product and/or service through any means in accordance with applicable laws. 
  3. The Facility Recipient may grant authority to the Administrator, Authorizer, and Specialist to manage the API BCA facilities on the API BCA Developer Website. 
  4. Facility Recipients may use the Customer Testing feature on the API BCA Developer website to independently test the functionality of the API BCA facility services or sub-services requested by the Facility Recipient from BCA. 
  5. For transaction security, Facility Recipients must ensure that transaction means (API security key) and transaction data are always stored securely. 
  6. To close the API BCA Facility, the Facility Recipient may submit a closure request through the Business Unit PIC and complete the API Facility Closure Form.

Get the Services 

Requirements and Procedures 

  1. Prospective Facility Recipients are Facility Recipients in the category of Individual Business or Business Entity/Organization. 
  2. Not engaged in business activities that violate legal norms and decency. 
  3. Submit an API Facility application through developer.bca.co.id. 
  4. To be able to use the API BCA Facility, prospective Facility Recipients must:  
    1. Submit an API cooperation application through one of the following means:   
      1. Online by accessing  https://webform.bca.co.id/api/registrasi-api
      2. Submission through the PIC Business Unit at the Head Office. 
      3. Branch. 
    2. Sign the API BCA Cooperation Form and API BCA Facility Terms and Conditions. 
    3. Submit other supporting documents in accordance with the applicable provisions at BCA. 
    4. Develop the application system, conduct joint testing with BCA, and implement it in accordance with the API BCA features selected by the Facility Recipient. 
    5. Following the technical and governance standards regulated by Bank Indonesia through SNAP. 
  5. API BCA Facility can be used for:  
    1. The Interests of the Facility Recipient; and/or 
    2. The Interests of Consumers.
